Agapanthus praecox orientalis is an evergreen, clump-forming perennial with green strap-like leaves, producing large heads of blue tubular flowers on tall spikes. These plants are quite drought resistant and multiply each year. Requires well drained soil and will grow better with removal of spent flower spikes. Suitable for a full sun position. Requires little water once established.
