Bergamot - Panorama Mixed is a pretty perennial herb with medicinal properties. The foliage has a pungent minty sage and oregano blended flavour, making it a nice compliment to roasted meats and wild game. The flower petals are milder in flavor and can be tossed into both leafy and fruit salads to add a bit of spice and a burst of color.
