The plant produces masses of pale yellow iris-like flowers, with several dark reddish-brown spots in the entre, throughout spring and summer and often all year round in warmer climates.
Mass plant for a showy display, use dotted throughout borders or as a low, informal hedge. Useful for suppressing weeds and minimising soil erosion.
Very easy to grow from seed and plants are easily dividable.
