Tomato - Big Beryl (Organic) is an early maturing, high yielding, heirloom beefsteak tomato. This variety produces large, yellow fruit, striped in green and orange, that almost glow once mature. Perfect sliced on crackers, salad rolls and burgers. Pick these when bright yellow and in the days that follow they will ripen to a blush orange/red shade.
