Tomato - Giant Syrian is a big, meaty, heart-shaped American heirloom, with pinkish-red skin and flesh and few seeds, often weighing in at more than 400g. It is a terrific sauce tomato but also suitable as a sliced tomato on burgers and salad rolls.
