Tomato – Tobolsk (Organic) is an old Russian heirloom variety, originally from the city of Tobolsk. Grown organically from seed, here in my Brisbane garden, the moment I tasted this variety, it was assigned to my list of favourites. Sometimes a tomato is a tomato, when it comes to flavour, but this variety is rather unique and exceptional in my view. The deliciously sweet and juicy flavour has the perfect acid balance.
